As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated and professional Buyer’s Agents who are confident building their own client base and want the support of a strong brand, proven systems, and additional lead opportunities.

This role is commission-only and best suited to Buyer’s Agents who value flexibility, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential.

About the Role

As a Buyer’s Agent at Prime Advocates, you will:

  • Be primarily responsible for sourcing and building your own clients

  • Manage clients end-to-end through the buying journey

  • Conduct suburb research, due diligence, inspections, and negotiations

  • Operate within a research-led, compliance-driven framework

  • Receive additional buyer enquiries and leads generated by Prime Advocates

  • Work closely with Team Leads for guidance, approvals, and quality control

This role offers independence with structure, you run your own pipeline while being supported by a trusted buyer’s agency.

    Lead a group of agents, oversee quality and compliance, and grow your leadership income while continuing to service your own clients.

Who This Role Is Suited For

This opportunity is ideal for Buyer’s Agents who:

  • Are based in Victoria

  • Hold CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (VIC)

  • Are comfortable generating and nurturing their own clients

  • Prefer a commission-only role with uncapped upside

  • Value research, due diligence, and ethical practice

  • Are motivated to build a long-term career in buyer representation

Experience as a Buyer’s Agent is welcomed, but driven professionals transitioning into buyer advocacy are also encouraged to apply.
